• Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your order is lost during shipping, we will assist you in contacting the shipping company to track or resolve the issue.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges
